Another Super Summer Vacation for the Griswolds....

 Kevyn's first time on Space Mountain... So nice we had to do it twice!  I love the FIRSTS!!!

Another super fun summer vacation.  We stayed in a cottage in Laguna... it was our first time staying close enough to our favorite beach to just walk.  We actually found another favorite beach... Shaws cove which is right next to Crescent Bay.  What a great time!!! We even met up with friends for dinner.  I love making memories with this little family of mine!!!!

Bryce Canyon Half Marathon!

Bryce Canyon Half Marathon!!!  My mom and the girlies went on a little trip with me to Bryce Canyon.  My time was 1:34 which is my best yet.... I took first in my age group.  I'm super proud of myself but at the same time disappointed because I could have done so much better.  Talk about a lot of issues during a run.  Tummy issues bathroom break and running on about 2 hours of sleep.... I just wasn't having a good run.  I think I was just running super fast to get it over with.  Happy that I hit my goal but I just about died when it was over... Anyway, thank you to my mom for coming with me and to the little girlies that make it so worth it!  I love running..... Just not on that particular day ha ha ha!

More FUN!

 Swimming and more swimming!!!  That is all we have been doing.... It started raining really hard when we were swimming on this day!

Shiloh's birthday bubble fun!  The girlies had a blast celebrating Shiloh's birthday!

4th of July Weekend!!! Happy Independence Day!

 We had so much FUN this weekend!  It was the first time that Rob had the 4th off in a long time.  He worked the night before so we let him sleep in.... I took the girls to the park to run the races.  They did so good... Lenni came in second in her age group.  After the park we went to Brian Head to the Nyan's cabin for 4th of July festivities with people from school!  It was so much fun getting out of the heat and celebrating with such great people!  We LOVE love love Mr. Nyan... He is the principal of their school... We were totally wiped out by the time we got home that we were all in bed by 9:30.  No fireworks for this crew.  Oh well, we got our much needed sleep....  Love my little crew!

By the way... The girls have been pretty busy this summer.  They have done 2 of the summer camps at school.  Kids in the Kitchen and Science, Technology and Engineering Mathematics.  I got to go and watch their presentations for the STEM camp and was so impressed!  Charley won the egg drop contest.  The kids had to design something to keep an egg safe when dropped from high places.  Charley made a parachute for her egg and it survived from the roof of the school... Let me tell you that there were a lot of older kids in the class!  Way to go Charley... Maybe you will be an engineer when you grow up!  Also Kevyn has learned to swim.  She got to go to Kids in the Kitchen with Charley and Lenni.... and take swim lessons.  She has done so GOOD!  Anyway, needless to say we have been having lots of FUN this summer!!!
